Domestic and international commercial arbitration — institutional and ad hoc proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

What we handle
The Chambers routinely handles petitions under Sections 9 (interim measures), 11 (appointment of arbitrators), 34 (setting aside of awards), and 36 (enforcement) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. We also advise on drafting arbitration clauses, jurisdictional objections, and issues of arbitrability.
