Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC)

Resolution professional engagements, NCLT/NCLAT representation, and insolvency advisory under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

What we handle

Our work spans the full lifecycle of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) — from triggering proceedings under Sections 7, 9, and 10 of the IBC to scrutiny of resolution plans, voting in the Committee of Creditors, and appeals against admission/rejection orders. We have also advised on liquidation proceedings, avoidance applications under Sections 43, 45, 49, and 66, and cross-border insolvency issues.
